Her life did not close. It became a way forward.
It lives in the poems she wrote, the students she touched, the animals she loved, the roads she opened, the promises she kept, and the courage she gave to Tik. Her physical form left on the morning of 10 November 2024, but what she awakened continues to breathe through every page of Soaring Nature.

She taught with heart
Manu was a teacher not only by profession, but by nature. She had the ability to guide, correct, encourage and make people believe they could become more than their fear.
She wrote with feeling
Her poems and diary thoughts carry softness, longing, honesty and love. They are not just words; they are pieces of her inner world preserved in her own hand.
She loved every life
Cali, Milo and every innocent animal she cared for show the depth of her tenderness. Her kindness was not selective. It naturally moved toward living beings.

Roads, mountains, Saudi days, Dolma and Ladakh were not only travel memories. They were her way of saying that life should be lived now.
She gave courage
She helped Tik move from hesitation to action — riding, driving, deciding, travelling and continuing. That courage remains one of her greatest gifts.
She became presence
Some people leave and become absence. Manu left and became presence — in roads, rooms, animals, poems, photographs, decisions and the quiet strength to continue.
Her legacy is not locked inside the past.
Manu’s legacy is active. It keeps shaping life. It appears in how Tik drives today, how animals are remembered, how her poems are preserved, how stories are written, and how Soaring Nature continues as the dream she once wanted to fill with words.

Some people are kind because they decide to be kind. Manu’s kindness felt more instinctive than that. It appeared before calculation, before convenience, before anyone had to ask. Whether it was a person, a student, a friend, a cat, a dog, or a creature who simply needed care — her heart moved first.
This is why her love for animals is not a side chapter of her life. It is one of the clearest windows into who she was. Cali changed daily life, Milo carried a tender final memory, and every little act of care became part of her legacy.
Her kindness did not need an audience. It was simply the way her heart worked.
